Description: Countrycare Landscape Management, Inc. is expanding into Residential and Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Snow and Ice Management. We are seeking a motivated team player to expand our services on the east side of Rochester.
Responsibilities:
Sales
Customer Relationship Management
Oversight of Landscape Maintenance Crews
Payroll Management
Scheduling, Staffing, Training
Property Inspections
Requirements:
No less than one year in a management position
Valid NYS drivers license
A degree in a landscape related field and/or 3 yds. of landscape management experience.
A horticultural background, positive "customer service" attitude, detail oriented, and a proven ability for leadership.

Responsibilities:
Sales
Client Meetings
Site Analysis and Pre-Planning
Design Presentation and Sales
Quantity takeoffs and job estimating
Construction department communication and follow-up
Responsibility for quality and quantity of work performed
Requirements:
At least a 2 year Associates degree in the landscape related field
Valid NYS drivers license
A horticultural background, positive "customer service" attitude, detail oriented, and a proven ability for leadership.
